Hello beautiful people, what a crazy time we are living in. I pray that you are all healthy and well. It is so important for us to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally during this time. I know it’s easy to slip into depression or anxiety worried about everything taking place, it’s been hard on me. Moving from a fast paced daily routine to being forced to slow things down has been like hitting the breaks going 80 mph. We will get through this. Together! I encourage you to spend this time digging into the word, spending time with family and building back up those relationships and do the things you’ve been putting off. Get some rest, but try not to stay in bed all day. Try to develop a routine that works for you! Try new recipes, start a new show or read the book you’ve been meaning to read. I’ve started another Rachel Hollis book, done several face masks and attempted TikTok which is a lot harder than it looks! It’s beautiful weather in Alabama, if it is where you are spend some time outside breathing in fresh air. This too shall pass, but in the meantime we have to take care of ourselves. I’m declaring Psalms 91 over you and your families and encourage you to do the same!
